WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. You must be a registered business & use the products for business use to qualify for a wholesale account. This will be verified upon account setup and your account may be deactivated if it does not meet this criteria.

2. Minimum order amount to qualify for wholesale pricing is $100

3. If you are onselling the product: RRP Products purchased from Salty Melon Prints shall be sold at the recommended retail price (RRP) at a minimum.

4. Wholesale Pricing - all prices are listed in AUD dollars and are exclusive of GST. All authorised retailers will be invoiced the wholesale pricing listed on our line sheet plus GST and the cost of shipping. Prices & minimum orders are subject to change without notice.

5. Returns - must be made in writing directly to hey@saltymelonprints.com.au within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are accepted without written approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

6. Payments - All payments are to be made in full at the time of order.

7. Shipping - Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight will be charged at a flat rate of $15 standard post. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information. Please note that we are not liable for any shipping delays. Shipping fees are subject to change without notice.

8. Damages and Defects - Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Sahra at hey@saltymelonprints.com.au within 3 business days of damaged or defective shipments. Returned items will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned items will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 business days after receipt.

9. Delivery Window- Please allow at least 3-10 business days from confirmed payment for your order to be shipped. Shipping time will depend on the destination. Larger orders may require more time to be shipped; please contact us for information about availability.

10. Shipping International Orders - Please contact us directly to discuss international order requests.

11. Branding, descriptions and packaging - All products are sent with care and without the use of single use plastic sleeves, please take care when unpacking and displaying your order. When listing our products on your website and promoting on socials, Salty Melon Prints must be credited as the product brand & tagged directly on Instagram with @saltymelonprints. The same card name listed on our line sheet needs to be listed in the description when selling our products on your website.

Feel free to use a similar description as ours but please know a full copy of the product description can harm SEO. You are also welcome to use our images of our products to promote the products on your website and socials. All images used must be tagged appropriately to include Salty Melon Prints.

12. Copyright - All Salty Melon Prints cards & designs are subject to copyright.

13. Exclusivity - Where Salty Melon Print wholesalers are displaying our physical products in store you will be granted “area exclusivity” upon meeting ongoing ordering minimums. The area of exclusivity is within a 2km radius of your physical store. A minimum order amount of $200 per month is required to hold this exclusivity. Your order may be refunded if there is already an exclusive wholesaler in your area.

14. Card stands - Custom Salty Melon Print cards stands are available to purchase or are included in select bundles. Card stands are not provided unless explicitly specified.

15. Barcodes - If you require barcodes on the cards please advise. Not all cards have barcodes by default.

16. Image disclaimer - All images displayed by Salty Melon Prints including but not
limited to our website, catalogue, or social media are provided to help guide your product selection. Please note that these images are representations only and may not perfectly match the final product. As a sustainable brand, our cards are printed on recycled paper, which may feature subtle natural flecks that do not impact the overall quality or appearance. Additionally, slight variations in the colour of our plywood stands may occur due to the natural characteristics of the material.
